Yinlian (LR 11)

Location

2 cun directly below Qichong (ST 30), at the proximal end of the thigh, below the pubic tubercle, on the lateral border of the adductor longus muscle.

Indications
  • Irregular menstruation, leukorrhea
  • Lower abdominal pain, thigh and leg pain

  • Benefits the uterus
  • Regulates the ren (conception) channel and chong (thoroughfare) channel
