Shangjiuli (T 88.26)

Location

This point is between the ST and GB channels, 1.5 cun anterior to Zhongjiuli (T 88.25), which is on the GB channel at the midpoint of the midline of the lateral thigh.

Indications

Primary:

Arm pain (HT channel)
Abdominal distension (KI channel) from deficiency
Eye pain, increased eye pressure, dizziness

Secondary:

Back pain, upper back pain, neck pain, vertebral pain
Inability to raise arm due to shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, numbness of the arm, weakness of lower limbs
Migraine
