Location

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 44.03 Shouying, is on the TH channel, 4.5 cun proximal to the olecranon along the posterior edge of the humerus. It is 2 cun proximal to Houzhui (T 44.02).

Indications
Primary: 
  • Subluxation or dislocation of the spine, spine pain, back pain
  • Nephritis
  • Bronchitis
Secondary: 
  • Hypertension
  • Thirst, dry mouth, nighttime cough in the elderly
  • Shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, shoulder numbness
