Location

This point is on the LR channel, at the center of the midline of the medial thigh.

Indications

Primary:

Any hepatic and gallbladder disorders, especially hepatitis, liver cirrhosis

Impaired liver function leading to fatigue and exhaustion, vertigo, eye pain, blurry vision, gallstones, cholecystitis, liver spots, hypochondriac pain, indigestion, Ménière's disease

Leukemia, elevated white blood cell count

Secondary:

Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, chorea
Liver qi stagnation leading to nervousness, anxiety, insomnia
Low back soreness, bone swelling, spine periostitis, xing bi (mobile painful obstruction), lateral arm pain from elbow to wrist
Leukorrhea, irregular menstruation
Bleeding gums, anemia
Urinary retention, urinary incontinence
High blood pressure, low blood pressure
Hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia
Post-stroke complications, hemiplegia
Enlarged heart, chest pain
