Fujie (SP 14)

Location

1.3 cun below the center of the umbilicus, 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline, on the lateral border of rectus abdominis muscle. Or 1.3 cun below Daheng (SP 15).

Indications
  • Pain around the umbilical region
  • Abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation, hernia
Applications
  • Warms and benefits the lower jiao
  • Regulates qi and descends rebellious qi
