Neiyingxiang (Ex-HN9)

Location

Medial to Yingxiang (LI 20), this point is on the ala nasi.

Indications
  • Sudden unconsciousness or coma, throat closure, seizures, summer stroke
  • Headache, dizziness, vertigo, red and swollen eyes, throat swelling and pain, loss of sense of smell
Contraindications: 
Contraindicated for moxa
Applications
  • Opens the orifice, resuscitates the shen
  • Clears heat, purges fire
