This point overlaps with Xingjian (LR 2), which is between the 1st and 2nd toes, proximal to the margin of the web at the junction of the red and white skin.

Indications
Primary: 
  • Myocardial infarction (emergency point for syncope)
  • Chin pain, jaw pain, TMJ, teeth grinding from stress, difficulty opening the mouth
Secondary: 
  • Palpitation, vertigo, dizziness, fright, coma, unconsciousness, tinnitus
  • Tumors of the uterus, uterine myomas, retained placenta, fibroids, inflammation of the uterus
  • Knee swelling
  • Eye pain
  • Dysuria
Contraindications: 
Contraindicated during pregnancy
Contraindicated to use moxa
