Known for its simplicity, ease of use, and exceptional clinical efficacy, Tung's Acupuncture was originally passed down exclusively within the family until the first disciple was accepted in 1964. As a complete system, in addition to its unique set of famous "magic" points, Tung's acupuncture also has its own channels, diagnostic methods, and needling techniques, expanded and refined over 300,000+ clinical cases by Master Tung Ching-Chang (1916-5-23 - 1975-11-7). Through his selfless contribution to the TCM profession, Master Tung has changed the face of acupuncture practice today.

A point number with an * at the end indicates that it is a point that had no available English reference at the time when we compiled the data, and thus we assigned it a new number. The letter T in front of the point name indicates that it is a Master Tung point (as opposed to a traditional acupuncture point, for example), following the abbreviation logic for the traditional channels.
