Neitongguan (T 88.29)

Location

This point is 0.5 cun medial to Tongguan (T 88.01), which is on the anterior midline of the thigh, 5 cun proximal to the upper margin of the patella, close to the ST channel.

Indications
Primary: 
  • Wind-stroke and post-stroke complications: hemiplegia, weakness of limbs, inability to raise the arm, speech impairment, transient ischemic attacks
  • Cardiac disorders: palpitations, weakness of the heart, radiating shoulder pain, radiating upper back pain
