Divide the proximal phalanx into thirds, and locate these two points at 1/3 and 2/3 the distance between the MCP and IP joints. According to Dr. Chuan-Min Wang, this is a five-point set located in the same area.

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 11.26 Zhiwu, is a three-point set on the dorsal aspect of the thumb, evenly distributed along the midline of the proximal phalanx (line G). Divide the proximal phalanx into fourths, and locate these three points at ¼, ½, and ¾ the distance between the MCP and IP joints.

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 11.27 Wuhu, is a five-point set evenly distributed along the radial aspect of the proximal phalanx of the thumb, at the border between the palmar and dorsal aspects of the thumb between the red and the white skin (line A). The points are numbered so that the most distal is the 1st point and the most proximal is the 5th point. Each point is 2 fen from the next point.

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 22.02 Chongxian, is on the thenar eminence, between the first and second metacarpal bones, 1 cun below Chongzi (T 22.01), 2 cun from the skin fold. It is exactly on the opposite side of Linggu (T 22.05), which is on the dorsal aspect of the hand.

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 22.03 Shangbai, is located on the dorsal aspect of the hand between the index and middle fingers, 0.5 cun proximal to the MCP joints of these fingers.

There are discrepancies among different sources as to the exact location of The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 22.04 Dabai. Some references state this point overlaps with Sanjian (LI 3) and some say Hegu (LI 4). Therefore, palpate for the most tender point and needle the ah shi point on or between these two points.

T 22.05 Linggu |
The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 22.05 Linggu, is located on the LI channel, on the dorsal aspect of the hand, at the junction between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones, proximal to Hegu (LI 4). This point is directly opposite to Chongxian (T 22.02).

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 22.06 Zhongbai, is located on the TH channel and overlaps with Zhongzhu (TH 3), which is on the dorsal aspect of the hand between the ring and little fingers, 0.5 cun proximal to the MCP joints of these fingers.

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 22.07 Xiabai, is located on the TH channel and overlaps with the extra point Yao Tong Xue, which is between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones, 1.5 cun proximal to the MCP joints of these two fingers. It is 1 cun posterior to Zhongbai (T 22.06).
