Location

On the anterior midline, in the center of the sternal manubrium, 1 cun below Tiantu (CV 22).

  • Descends Stomach qi, dispels food accumulation
  • Loosens the chest, descends Lung qi
  • Benefits the throat
Techniques

Needle subcutaneously downward 0.3-0.5 cun.
