Zhongzhu (KI 15)

Location

1 cun below the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to Yinjiao (CV 7).

  • Irregular menstruation

  • Regulates the Intestines
  • Regulates the lower jiao
Balance Method: 
Techniques

Needle perpendicularly 0.5-1.0 cun. Deep insertion is not advisable as it may penetrate the peritoneal cavity.
